TargetSolutions Training Program Changes

Jan 2015 30 | Posted by naomi.whatley

As users of TargetSolutions, our online training program, we wanted to notify you of some upcoming changes to the training platform.  The majority of the changes will occur on the back end of the program, and should have very little impact on your usage.  The main change you may experience is in how you access TargetSolutions.  We previously provided a link to the TargetSolutions log-in page on our website.  This link will no longer work.  To access TargetSolutions, you will need to use your agency’s specific TargetSolutions site.  A link to your agency’s site, as well as the current TargetSolutions contact person for your district, has been emailed to the TargetSolutions facilitator within your district.  Please update any links that you have provided to your staff with the one provided in the email.  If you were already using this link you should see very little change.  If you would like to change your district’s contact person for TargetSolutions or need another email of the link, please contact our office at the number listed below.

If you are interested in learning more about TargetSolutions, or taking your skills to the next level, the next session of the TargetSolutions Academy begins January 22nd.  The TargetSolutions Academy is a seven-part webinar series for administrators and supervisors who are responsible for managing the day to day utilization of the TargetSolutions platform for your agency.  There is still time to register.  You can register using the link below.

If your agency has not been using TargetSolutions, and you are interested in learning more about this great training tool, please contact our office.  We would be happy to discuss the program with you and assist your agency in getting started.

If you have any other questions or concerns regarding the changes, or if you have any issues accessing your TargetSolutions training, please contact us at lossprevention@gsrma.org or at (530) 934-5633.
