NEW CALIFORNIA FAMILY RIGHTS ACT (CFRA) REGULATIONS BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1ST

We are notifying our members of some recent changes made to the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). The changes are meant to clarify some of the uncertainties regarding CFRA and to bring CFRA into closer alignment with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). These changes become effective July 1st. To assist you in your compliance with these changes please see the following information:

Please note: The poster must now be placed in a prominent location where it can be readily seen by employees as well as applicants for employment. Please print this poster and place it in a location compliant with the new requirements.
