Golden State Risk Management Authority is a member of the PRISM Property program.  Every five (5) years, members of this program are required to participate in a property appraisal process. This process ensures the scheduling of accurate replacement costs for your locations. PRISM contracts with Alliant Appraisal Services (AAS) for the appraisal service. There is no cost to GSRMA or our members for this process. 

We are scheduled to begin this appraisal process after July 1^st. All locations valued at $1M or above, plus a few additional locations, will be appraised. GSRMA staff will be contacting each member that will be subject to these appraisals to discuss the process and provide them with additional information.
