Cal/OSHA has released a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to help deal with some of the confusion arising from the Emergency Temporary Standard that was enacted November, 30th 2020. This Emergency Temporary Standard will be in effect for a minimum of 6 months, though will likely be extended if case numbers do not significantly improve. The FAQ covers many of the common questions we have been hearing including:
